Earlier this month, I joined 2,200 people from 80 countries for a weeklong retreat in Cancun.

Joe Dispenza, known for his teachings about the mind’s extraordinary potential to influence the body, teases on his website: “This could be the most transformative week of your life.” Well, no joke. It absolutely was. It was so beyond what I could have hoped for that words cannot capture what I experienced — but I’ll try.

I recently returned from a workshop in Los Angeles learning from Sue Bryce, who showed us the importance of creating an empowering experience for our 50+ clients.

Looking at the beauties in these photos, you’d think I was hanging out models!  The wonderful thing is, they are all photographers who specialize in making other women look gorgeous in photos.

After writing a testimonial about the groundbreaking photography workshop 28 Days with Sue Bryce, and sharing it on social media, I was the selected as the lucky winner of a trip to LA to spend the day with Sue Bryce at her portrait studio.

Being in the presence of Sue was everything I had hoped and thought it would be. She is magnetic, wise, funny, sensual, free-spirited, and one of the most genuine people I have ever met.
